About Simply Legal USA

We are a California company founded by Immigration and Nationality Attorney Elias Mendoza, offering affordable US Immigration Law education in a uniquely real-life fashion. Inspired by countless stories of courage, faith, heartache, triumph, and success - Simply Legal USA LLC™ was founded to educate individuals in a safe and private manner, to eliminate rampant fraud, and take the guess-work out of immigration processes.

Anyone can enter the site, with no knowledge of US Immigration laws, and be able to confidently answer real-life personal questions -not confusing legal questions, and in turn instantly receive a customized immigration guide. This is made possible by innovation and investment in U.S. patented technology working behind the scenes navigating US government forms, instructions, guides, worksheets, etc.

Our guides explain, in your native language, what your individual options are. Whether emigrating to the USA for the first time, or if you are curious about options to gain legal status in the United States, our system takes into account, among many other variables: anyone who has ever overstayed their visa, ever dreamed of coming to the United States to work, live or study, even if they entered illegally, were ever removed from the United States, committed a deportable offense, are seeking to marry, aspires to become a US Citizen, etc.

All this for a one-time charge of $25.00 USD (Visa™, Mastercard™, American Express™, Paypal™).

Letter from
founder

I invite you to use our system and educate yourself about immigration options you may, or may not, have. Through the thousands of people I have met in the practice of immigration law throughout the world, I spent the last few years developing this system to combat fraud and educate families.

The technology implemented behind-the-scenes navigates government published immigration forms, checklists, eligibility guides, instructions, and charts to determine your eligibility for an immigration benefit through the truthfulness of your answers. This technology does not replace an attorney, and you should always directly consult with an attorney. However, the government has made great strides for individuals and family to seek self-help from their readily available published information.Use the system and arm yourself with education to spot unscrupulous lawyers and leaching notarios.

Take my personal invitation and see what so many people are talking about, and share with your friends and families before ever seeking an immigration benefit.
